If you saw a hacker in the game, what would you do step by step:

First I would take a screen shot for proof just in case the hacker posts a ban appeal on forums. Next i would see if he/she was really hacking. If so then just ban them. And if they post a ban appeal i will just show the screen shot and deny unless something else came up.



If you got in an argument with a player, how would you solve it :

I would just ignore it and tell the other person to calm down.

Have you ever had past experience as a GM or Admin? If so, which server and for how long :
I've been a gm in a server called Godly maple for at least 1-2months. (But server got shut down). I've also been a gm in a server called Ghostms. And one in a server called StarsMs ( Been a gm for 3weeks there)
